We are Tamara & Yafet, the founders of amarya Homes.
Our story began long before amarya Homes. After many years of building our life in Germany, we decided to turn a long-held dream into reality and make Spain our home.
Today, we combine our professional experience, local knowledge and personal passion for Spain to help others find, create and care for their own place here.
From Germany to Spain
In early 2025, we made a decision that had been on our minds for years: we moved to Spain.
For us, it was more than a change of address. It was about creating a life with more balance, more sunshine, meaningful connections and time for the things that matter.
Along the way, we experienced first-hand what it means to relocate, buy property abroad and build a new life in another country. That experience became the foundation for amarya Homes.

His real estate training in Spain and local market knowledge help clients navigate the buying process with clarity and confidence.

Interior Design
With a strong creative background and years of experience working with people and running a business, Tamara brings her eye for design, detail and atmosphere to amarya Homes.
Her professional training in Interior Design at Vogue College complements her natural creativity and passion for creating beautiful, functional homes.
And then there is Mia.
Our little Pomeranian has been part of our journey from the beginning. She moved with us to Spain and quickly made herself at home.
For us, she is a small reminder of what amarya Homes is really about: creating a life that feels good, not simply owning a property.
