Details of individual properties — prices, areas, fittings, energy figures and photographs — come from the HabitatSoft system and rest on information supplied by owners and developers. We pass them on unchanged.

They are not binding and may change, sometimes at short notice. Only the particulars in a written offer and in a property's official documents are binding.

A property may already be taken while still appearing here. The system is reconciled regularly, but not in real time.
